Our Youth Leadership Development programs are dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders. We offer a range of immersive experiences, including leadership boot camps, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities that connect young leaders with industry experts. Participants are trained in essential leadership skills such as strategic thinking, communication, and project management. By equipping youth with the knowledge and resources they need, we prepare them to tackle societal challenges, drive innovation, and lead with integrity.

Our Environmental Conservation Efforts focus on preserving Kenya’s rich biodiversity and promoting sustainable living. We engage communities in conservation projects such as reforestation, wildlife protection, and waste management. Through educational workshops and advocacy campaigns, we raise awareness about environmental issues and encourage eco-friendly practices. Our goal is to create a culture of environmental stewardship that safeguards natural habitats and resources for future generations. Together, we can protect our planet and ensure a sustainable future.

Our Programs

The Stronger Magazine is an informative platform on matters of mental health, Lived Experience, Stories of Resilience, and Psychosocial Disability Rights.

This Magazine’s aim and goal are to strengthen the capacity of advocacy and public awareness through contributions from persons with Lived Experience who share their stories, knowledge and insight into relevant topics about mental health and psychosocial disabilities.

The Stronger Magazine won the Stronger Project Kenya, the Ember Mental Health Creative Fellowship Award in 2022. As the first-ever winner, Globally!

We have successfully distributed more than 500 copies of the Stronger Magazine in Nairobi, Kiambu, Nyeri & Mombasa, Ghana, Nigeria, USA and Germany.

The Lived Experience Leaders aims to strengthen the capacity of youth advocacy leaders who have lived experience with mental illness and those that identify as persons with psychosocial disabilities.

Lived Experience Leaders is based on the core values of the Convention of Rights for Persons with Disabilities. This is because there’s still a gap that challenges the paradigm shift from the medical model to the disability, social model. That looks at the barriers that exist in our communities, policies and practices that ensure social inclusion.

Walk in the park fosters peer support for persons with lived experience. It’s a safe space for us to share challenges and the best practices, and habits that allow us to experience a full and functional life.

It is set up once every two months at the green and serene, Karura Forest Camp Sites in Kiambu Kenya.

Community Peer support in practice.
